Endoscopic Procedures

Gastrointestinal Allergy Testing
CAI is a Mauna Kea Technologies National Center of Excellence for confocal laser endomicroscopy (CLE), a procedure that can detect atypical food allergies that are common in patients with gastrointestinal disorders. We are the only center in the country offering CLE.
